The goal of the present project is to conduct a complex of measures aimed at creating in regions of Russia, particularly in the North-Western Federal District,necessary and sufficient conditions to provide open access for the population (citizens, non-commercial organizations, specialists, etc) to viewable, up-to-date and reliable information about republican, regional and local budgets, in order to organize budgetary monitoring and get citizens involved in the formation of local budgets and control over budgetary processes.
