The Information-reference system represents budgets and inter-budgetary relations
of the Russian Federation subjects, included in the Federal Districts of Russia,
the North-Western Federal District, in particular (comprising towns and districts of the Republic of Karelia, the Murmansk region, Arkhangelsk region, Republic of Komi, Vologda region, Leningrad region, the city of St. Petersburg, Novgorod region, Pskov region,and Kalilingrad region) as well as the Russian Federation budget and Nordic countries' budgets (for comparison).
