- Tax policy and region’s economy management.
- Treasury realization of budgets and on-budget expenditures efficiency.
- Result-oriented budget, fiscal control and audit of efficiency.
- Priorities and financial sources of the local governments' budgets.
- Legal regulation of the budgetary process. New version of the Budget Code.
- Open budget as an instrument of the civil society.
THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE HAS FORWARDED INVITATIONS TO SPEAKERS TO PRESENT PLENARY PAPERS
ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
- Budgetary system reform in Russia: from costs management to results management
- Regulation of inter-budgetary relations in the context of social sphere regionalization
- Fiscal control over on-budget expenses efficiency
- International standards of business accounting
- New version of the Budget Code and budgetary classification
- Mechanisms for equalizing the level of budgetary provisioning of municipalities
- Structure and dynamics of gross domestic product in Nordic countries.
The topics of plenary papers will be refined according to answers received.

Up to 2 A4 pages, font size 12 pt Times New Roman, including tables and graphs.
Left margin – 3 cm, right margin – 2 cm.
Line spacing – single. Tables and graphs to be sent in a separate Excel file.
CONFERENCE FEES
The Conference fee is ˆ 200, to be paid at arrival.
